2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when we have received a non-refundable deposit, as specified at the time of booking.

4.1 Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies of the guests at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee that all dietary needs will be met.
4.2 Allergies: We handle food items that may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. Clients and guests with severe allergies should exercise caution.

5. Liability

5.1 General Liability: Bharat Agro & Food Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our Services. Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the Services.
5.2 Event Liability: We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during the event, including those caused by guests, third-party vendors, or the venue.

6. Use of the Site
